RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from ODN ENTERPRISES, LLC, doing business as Olivia’s Bargain Barn.

Returns are accepted only for clothing and shoes.

All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase. Olivia’s Bargain Barn will pay the return shipping costs for eligible returns.

Used and vintage clothing and shoes may be returned according to the conditions stated in this policy. All other used and vintage merchandise is sold “as is” and is final sale.

All other items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any item that has been sold and whose original packaging has been opened is non-returnable.

For items damaged during shipping, customers must provide:

• A photo of the damaged shipping box or mailer.

• A photo clearly showing the damage to the item itself.

These photos must be submitted with the return request. Return requests without the required photos may not be approved.
